Are you attempting to see if monolithic dome design is suitable within Kamloops?
The Monolithic Dome Institute has some graphics of the entire building process of the domes, which maybe could inspire your original graphic. It's also got a place where you can sign up for a newsletter and they'll send you all sorts of information about monolithic domes.
Not sure what types of domes you are researching (i.e. solid concrete, stone, or newer materials), but this company, Pacific Domes, makes domes for all different uses. (http://www.pacificdomes.com/)

Remember to post your planning outline so that others can read it and comment.

There are lots of photos around of monolithic domes that you may want to post on your blog. Give everyone an idea of what they are! :)
I think the Valleyview ice rink may be a monolithic dome. It has been a while since I have been there. It is on the way up to Juniper on the left.

Here's another blog I found on monolithic domes. It seems to have lots of examples and information on it. Hopefully it will help.
